This Privacy Policy explains how FataelQ ("FataelQ", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website or contact us through our quote request form. We are a small, Doha-based custom 3D printing studio, and we aim to keep our data practices as simple and transparent as possible.

We only collect information that you choose to give us. This includes:
- Contact form submissions: when you use the "Request a Quote" form, we collect your name, email address, project description, project type, and any reference file you choose to upload.
- Communications: if you contact us via Instagram, WhatsApp, or email, we receive whatever information you share with us in those messages.
- Cookies & local storage: we use a small amount of browser local storage to remember your cookie preferences and to protect our contact form from spam. See the Cookie Policy section below for details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Respond to your quote requests and inquiries;
- Provide pricing, production updates, and delivery information for your order;
- Improve our website and the products/services we offer;
- Maintain the security and proper functioning of our website.

Quote form submissions are processed by our third-party form provider, Formspree, and delivered to our email inbox. We retain correspondence only for as long as needed to fulfill your order or respond to your inquiry, after which it may be deleted.
4. Third-Party Services
This website relies on the following third-party services:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) — used to load the "Poppins" and "Inter" web fonts used throughout this site.
- Formspree (formspree.io) — used to process and deliver submissions from our "Request a Quote" form.
These services may process limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser information) as part of delivering their service. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more information.
5. Cookie Policy
This website uses a cookie consent banner to ask for your permission before using
any non-essential local storage. When you make a choice, it is recorded in your

We use two categories of cookies / local storage:
